eBay Buyers Feedback Block
Introduction
The Buyers Feedback Block allows you to display feedback from your eBay buyers inside your template. This helps build trust and confidence, making customers feel more comfortable buying from you.
When people see positive feedback from other buyers, they are more likely to believe that you are a reliable seller and that your products are good quality.
⚠️ Important: The feedback you see inside the editor is just placeholder content.
It is only there to show you how the block will look.
When the template is used, the actual feedback from your eBay account will automatically appear.
1. Adding the Block
- Open the Components Panel on the right side of the editor
- Drag and drop the Buyers Feedback Block into a column inside your section
Tip: Always place blocks inside a column first. This keeps your layout organized and responsive.
2. Understanding the Placeholder Feedback
When you add the block, you will see sample feedback messages.
- These are not real buyer feedback
- They are only for preview purposes
- You cannot edit or replace them inside the editor
When your template is applied to your eBay listing, the system will automatically show:
- Your real buyer feedback
- Feedback pulled from your eBay account
3. Why Buyer Feedback is Important
Buyer feedback is one of the most powerful ways to build trust with your customers.
Here’s why it matters:
Builds Trust
When buyers see that other people had a good experience, they feel safer buying from you.
Shows Proof
Feedback acts like proof that your products and service are reliable.
Encourages More Sales
Positive reviews can help convince unsure buyers to complete their purchase.
Makes Your Template Look Professional
Templates with feedback look more complete and trustworthy compared to those without it.
4. Customizing the Appearance
You cannot change the actual feedback text, but you can style how it looks:
- Click the Buyers Feedback Block
- Use the Styles Panel to adjust:
- Font size – make text easier to read
- Colors – match your template design
- Spacing – add padding or margin for better layout
- Alignment – left, center, or right
These styles will apply to your real feedback when the template is used.
5. Best Practices
- Place the Buyers Feedback Block below your product details
- Keep the design clean and easy to read
- Do not overcrowd the section with too many elements
- Combine with Product Images and Description to create a strong layout
Including buyer feedback in your template can make a big difference—it helps turn visitors into confident buyers.
